Hi fellow members. I just went back to the program 6 weeks ago after taking a break. I actually I probably the only member ever who gained weight going to TOPS. So I decided that I would give it one try. I have lost 6 pounds since I have started back. Anyone with some great Tops ideas love to hear from you.

little chick, believe me when I tell you that many people have been known to gain when in TOPS. But most do better in TOPS than out. Sounds like you are doing good. Just stay focused and continue doing whatever you are doing as it seems to be working

Went walking tonight, it felt great to be moving again. 2 and 1/3 miles.

Little Chick,

You made the most important move by going back to TOPS. That means you are ready to make a commitment to you. That is awesome. I have gained weight while in tops also. It does get you down. But I am back on track and believing in me again and the scale is heading south slowly.
You keep believing in you and keep doing what you are doing like eleni said and you will be a winner.

yes it is my birthday and I sit here and vow that this year will be better, I am really glad that I found 3fc I think that I will get the support that I really need to obtain the goals that I have set for myself this year. I really want to put on a pair of shorts this summer and not feel like the good year blimp. Hope all have a great day.

Hi everyone,

Sounds like TOPS is going to be great!! I haven't joined yet, but do plan to, I just haven't yet.

to those that went back and joined. Thats great, if there isn't quite enough encouragement at a meeting, then we can come here and talk.
Coming to this Web sight and posting and reading replys has become a favorite thing for me.
