If I'm not feeling like a glass of wine or a light beer on occasion, can I do vodka as long as its soy based?

i don't think it matters what the vodka is made of, it's still a no-no.

depends on what your goals are, i guess. i imbibe on occasion, but make sure to only have one drink and chase it with a boatload of water and to up my exercise the next day to get rid of any bloaty toxins.
