July, August, September, all three taken exactly one month apart. I have only lost 7lbs but I have been very consistent on plan with exercise and I do not worry about the scale. I would really recommend progress pictures for anyone as we often don't see daily changes!
I've updated the same thread with my January progress picture. It's been 6 months and I haven't lost a pound but I've been working hard in the gym and have changed my body composition
