Two months on plan with progress pictures

  • July, August, September, all three taken exactly one month apart. I have only lost 7lbs but I have been very consistent on plan with exercise and I do not worry about the scale. I would really recommend progress pictures for anyone as we often don't see daily changes!

    I've updated the same thread with my January progress picture. It's been 6 months and I haven't lost a pound but I've been working hard in the gym and have changed my body composition

  • thats awesome! I took a picture of myself back on the 7th which was my first day of my diet. I'm def going to take a pic each month like you're doing to keep track of my progress.

  • Way to go sacha!!!! I can definitely tell the difference, isn't it crazy how we go insane over the scale but the inches just keep dropping? This is really encouraging

  • That 7lbs has made a a difference for sure, not only in your tummy, but your thighs- the tummy is the biggest change though. Good job on your hardwork and dedication!
