    I am so happy to have found this site. I have been struggling with weight gain for the past three years and everytime I seem to start in the right direction I find something to hold me back. I look forward to sharing my journey with others as well as building a positive atmosphere. I will no longer stand in my own way. Thanks for such a wonderful site.
