Catalina Chicken

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
    1 Small Bottle of Catalina Dressing (regular or Lite)
    2 Tablespoons of Margarine

    Let the chicken marinate in the dressing overnight in the ceramic crockpot in the fridge.

    Take crockpot out of fridge and put in the heater and add just enough water to cover the chicken breasts. Cook at low for 8 hours. No need to cook the chicken breats beforehand.

    My guess is this is 4-5 points per small chicken breast.

    This recipe goes great with some Chicken Rice (4 points per serving) or red potatoes.
