Two table spoons of ranch would be 150 calories, and 3 ozs of avocado is 150 calories, so those two things could easily add 300 calories to the total. Assuming the peppers weren't grilled in fat (as mentioned above), 50 calories for the veggies is really, really reasonable. Lettuce and tomato and carrot sheds are just really low calorie. A POUND of carrots has 200 calories, and that's the highest calorie veggie there.
