  • Very busy day at work, but good eating day.

    egg white omelet with jalapeno and cheese 2
    veggie sausage 2
    polenta 2

    Snack
    cashews 3

    Dinner
    tuna steak 4
    cauliflower 0
    bulghur 1.5

    Total: 21.5 before late night snack

    Exercise: compound training
  • me too on the busy part.
    Now I'm off to clear off my desk and go pull artichoke plants out of the community garden.

  • I'm so glad someone is having good eating days. My eating days have been good but only in the "eating good things and lots of them" kind of way.
