Hi ladies! I am Ama, I am in my thirties and am a mother of three. I have lost over 83 lbs (38 kilos) in a year and an working on losing my last 35 lbs now. This community looked like a warm and friendly place full of support and great tips. So I thought I would join. And hopefully get the support I need to get rid of this last bit clinging on.

I am very delighted at the positive attitude in this forum. There is such a great vibe here I love it!

My entire family has been very sick this week so I have not lifted a finger at all, I will be back on track as soon as this stupid cold dwindles away. My children and I have missed over an entire week of school and I still am as sick as I was the beginning of this stinking cold. Hopefully there is a light at the end of the tunnel soon.
