I generally have the same thing, or something really close to it.
Today I had:
Mini whole wheat bagel, 110 cals
1 tbsp SF strawberry jam, 10 cals
1 tub Dannon light/fit yogurs, 80 cals
1 16.9 oz water
200 calories and I'm good till my lunch. I'm up at 5:15 for work, but I don't eat until I get to work, just after 7. At home though, I'll generally have hot tea with a splenda packet, while I'm getting ready....
I have an early lunch, it should be at 11, but I generally don't eat till 11:30 or 12. Today's lunch is 14 baby carrots - 35 cals, an easy mac - 210 cals and a cherry coke zero. I'm off work at 3:30 and usually have a snack when I get home. Yesterday, since I had cucumbers at lunch, I had baby carrots... so today will be swapped! Cukes and low cal sour cream dip (sour cream and spices, it ends up to be about 50 cals)...
I know that was too much info.... but... I think you can never have too much info!!
