So I feel that when I was hardly working out I lost the most weight being 20 pounds. I am not stuck at 165 (and yes I am 165 in my skinner pictures I checked on a different scale.) I work out 4 to 5 times a week Sometimes 1.5 hours, or 30 minutes depending on how much time I can get it. I do Jillian's 30 days shread with two levels and then throw on a bootcamp (biggest loser) I can tell I'm shrinking but I'm not loosing any weight. I went from being size 14 to now size 11, but I'm getting frusterated and discourage because I feel I'm working my *** off for nothing. I also try and keep my Calories 1200 or less.
Any Advice?

sorry you're so frustrated! this journey can be a b**** sometimes huh?! i don't really understand, you're losing sizes but you aren't losing pounds? or when you started at 180 you were size 14 and you're now size 11, after losing 20 lbs?
