Calling out to some old friends -- let's get back to accountability together. I'll start...
It's been a rough summer. I lost tons of motivation and just got busy and made a lot of excuses. I'm back to running and have a half marathon coming up in just a few weeks. Moving my body more, running and trying to get my eating in order. I've been good for a week, off for a week, then get on track, then slide again. Consistency is what I'm working towards again.
When I am in the zone, I feel so good, and lately I've been satisfied with just okay.
I jumped back up in weight some, but life goes on...so here I am - starting at 240. Makes me sad I'd gotten down to 223, but I'm still down 20 pounds from where I started...and that means I'm 20 pounds lighter than where my body was last year.
My body fat has gone from 42% to 30% - and I've got 3 half marathons under my belt.

Heidi, Becky, Kathi, Marie if you're out there, Petra, Cindy, Carol....and you know who you are...let's get fired up for fall.
