PCOS Exercise Minutes (Sept 2010)

  • Ok, I'm envious other groups have a pile o' minutes place.

    So we have one too.

    List your minutes exercised today. Any speed or activity -- just track the minutes you covered. Then come update the group total.

    I'll start the example. ( See the 30's Aug thread here for more example of how it is done.)

    ME: 0 minutes.
    NEW GROUP TOTAL: 0 minutes.

    Let's fill it up!

  • Argh. Didn't do well but I still wanna... get physical! (Funny! I hadn't heard it in years and to watch was fun!)

    Right now everyone is still preparing for Sept. So the group total is at 0 minutes. That's ok -- it's just Sept 1.

    I'm taking the kid out to the park today after school so hopefully I'll be reporting some walk minutes later.

    ( See the 30's Aug thread here for more example of how it is done. I had started checking in there since we didn't have one here, but really I check the PCOS forum the most so I'm just making up a thread over here for us. A lot of the other groups have this exercise-check-in thread.)

    My Minutes today = 70

    I did 25 minutes of weights and walked 45 min at soccer practice.

    New Group Total Minutes = so since I am starting this...70 min!!

    45 mins Zumba

    New group total : 70 + 65 = 135 mins!
  • I just subscribed to this thread so I will hopefully remember to post here regularly. I need accountability.
  • My minutes today = 80 (incline trainer)

    New Group Total 135 + 80 = 215
  • My minutes today = 109

    44 minutes - walking/running with my dog at the park
    45 minutes - bike at the gym
    20 minutes - weights at the gym

    New Group Total 215 + 109 = 324
  • 80 minutes - incline training.

    New group total = 324 + 80 = 404
  • 45 min elliptical + 45 min treadmill

    New group total = 90 + 404 = 494 mins!
  • 25 minutes on the Stair Master
    30 minutes on the bike at the gym

    New Group Total: 494 + 55 = 549 minutes!

    Walk 20 min
    Weights 25 min


    New Group Total: 594
