Ran out of IP food-help!

  • I am finishing my third wk on IP, miscalculated the number of packets I needed, and realize I am 2 short until my weigh-in tomorrow. What can I eat to replace them? I need idea's for breakfast specifically and can't take veggies in the morning.Thanks alot.

    You could use EggBeaters in lieu of the omelet packet...

    You can just have two regular eggs, poached or make an omelette with some mushrooms or other veggies.

    You could, but EggBeaters would allow you to easily mimic the calorie and IP protein content without the fat.
