So I started out at 321 on 07/20/2010 and set for myself the goal of getting below 300 by my birthday, which was yesterday.
In between starting hormone replacement and having a thyroid that just isn't working, I've been stuck at 303-301 for the past 2-1/2 weeks, with occasional forays into the 304 area (how depressing!!), despite sticking to my plan. Someone suggested maybe upping my calories, since I had been eating between 1300 and 1400, so I thought I'd try that.
AND IT WORKED. I'm at 299 this morning for the first time in more than 8 years--I am thrilled!!
Thanks everyone for your continued support and great ideas. I count on this site so much! I have a long way to go, but I'll get there eventually. BIG GRINS today!!
