Hello fellow dieters!
I have been looking for a good place to learn from other peoples experiences on weight loss. So many of my co workers explain their weight losses in extreme ways, such as "Oh my sketchers shape up shoes made me lose 20 lbs" Or the one I hear alot "Oh I just eat only one meal a dayor Oh I forget to eat all day!"
I am a strict vegetarian, walk an hour a day, lift weight a couple times a week, do yoga when I can, and still am not too healthy of a weight according to my height. So I enjoy truthful educational posts on foods and exercise.
