New here, just wondering does anyone follow Jorge Cruise's belly fat cure diet?
I am planning on starting it this week. My book just came in this afternoon, but I want to make sure I get a chance to read through it completely.
There are some of us. We are listed under other reduced carb diets. Someone had asked for a separate BFC (Belly Fat Cure) heading a while ago, but our numbers are relatively small.
I have been doing BFC for a month and find it to be a very doable plan. You have lots of food options and get to eat a lot of food, as long as you remain at or below 15 grams of sugar per day and make sure you get 6 servings of carbs per day (each serving being between 5-20 carbs).
Fruit is pretty much out of the picture on this plan. I couldnt stick to it. I like to have my fruit.
