So, I am back on my weight loss journey. 2 years ago I went from 235 to 195 on weight watchers which was huge for me. Then I started medical school and 10 pounds crept back on very easily. Then I held for a while and in the last 4 months I have put back on 20 pounds. So, I am back on weight watchers and also looking for other ways to keep myself on track. I have lost 5 pounds in two weeks on WW so that is great, but no where near where I need to be.
Well there it is... hard to admit to myself let alone others!
