My birthday was yesterday

  • And my neighbor held a party for me! She made a nice minestrone (vegitarian because I don't eat meat) but I ate two prices of frnch bread with it (huge pieces) and then she made mini brownies instead of cake because she knows I'm trying to be healthier but I ate two!! Now this wouldn't be sooo bs if I had actually done more than yoga all week I rolled my ankle Monday and took Monday and Tuesday off p90x and had all the intentions of going back yesterday but I didn't I am such a chub and i feel like I wil never lose this weight gahh

    You can and WILL lose the weight - if you decide to do so. It's a choice. It's totally and completely in your hands. You get to decide whether or not you spend your life at an optimal weight - or not.

    You have the ABILITY to lose the weight, you are CAPABLE of it.

    But you must decide to. You make the decision, the ensuing commitment and than of course you MUST be WILLING to do what's necessary to make it happen. And that might mean being a little uncomfortable at times, especially initially as you learn how to tell yourself no, as you lose the old bad eating habits and incorporate the new healthy ones.

    MAke yourself some rules.. Set some boundaries. Make yourself a plan - and stick to it like glue. Like glue. Push yourself. Give it 150%. Dig down deep. Push. Strive. Conquer. Grow. Astound yourself.

  • No, you're not 'such a chub'. You're a birthday girl (well, you were yesterday - happy belated birthday, by the way!). Your birthday does not last all year, it's one day. You can get back on track and keep going. As your sig says, you're 'on your way back to skinny'. Don't give up!
