I've done weight watchers from home and have never attended a meeting. I've reached my goal weight and am wondering about maintaining the loss. Should I still be eating in my points range still, or is is okay to eat more than my points range? Any help is appreciated.
You start by adding 4 points to your range. The next week if you've gained subtract 1 or 2 and if you've lost add 1 or 2. Keep doing this until you no longer gain or lose.
