This time I'm going to stick to my plan, work through and learn from my slip-ups instead of using them as excuses to go back to my old habits, and be committed to reaching my goal by december!
I have to be firm and not tell myself "eh indulge today and you can start tomorrow".
Any encouragement or advice would be greatly appreciated!

What's your plan?
Me too! I started a "maintenance break" a month ago and have been doing a great job maintaining, but I don't think I want to maintain this weight. Not too sure what weight I want to maintain yet, I think I evaluate in 5 lbs and go from there. But it's time to tighten up my plan. During the week I'm generally flawless, it's the weekends that are killing me. It's going to be a little tough cause we have some trips coming up, but I'm going to stay strong!

You can do it, ncuneo! Congrats on your current weight loss and being able to maintain it!
susanb, no strict specific plan here, just eat healthy and exercise! and trying my hardest to say no to my late night junk food cravings, haha. i'm eating smaller portions and choosing healthier options. i'm going to start off slow when it comes to exercise, just taking long brisk walks and short jogs until i build myself up. i'd eventually like to be able to run 2 miles straight without feeling like i'm going to die!

Sounds like a good plan and I can't say enough about walking! So good for you and it's relaxing too.
