    15 minutes weights (shoulders & chest)

    bacon = 2
    blueberries = .5

    LUNCH
    salad = 0
    parmesan = 3
    chicken = 2
    cashews = 8
    **but I FINALLY stopped and threw the cashews away**

    ff balogna/ff cheese sandwich
    WOW doritos
    some candy corns (ok a lot of candy corns)

    DINNER
    caesar salad
    pasta primavera
    garlic rolls
    some m&ms (ok a lot of m&ms)
  • up .5 lb this week, but i'm not surprised. i had cookies on sunday and m&ms and candy corns on monday. i had it coming

    1 slice toast w/light butter+jam
