2+ miles walk
20 minutes bike
15 minutes weights (shoulders & chest)
BREAKFAST
oatmeal = 2
bacon = 2
blueberries = .5
LUNCH
salad = 0
parmesan = 3
chicken = 2
cashews = 8
**but I FINALLY stopped and threw the cashews away**

up .5 lb this week, but i'm not surprised. i had cookies on sunday and m&ms and candy corns on monday. i had it coming
