I'm going to try the zig-zag method. Which will work perfectly because I'm going camping tonight & tomorrow and I know I'll be eating more "junk" than usual, so I will count tomorrow as one of my higher calorie days

And I was really skeptical reading here about how sometimes you need to eat MORE to lose. It just didn't seem right to me, and the first few days I was eating like 800-900 calories - not purposely, just being TOO careful I guess. Then for the past 3 days I've been pushing myself to eat higher, around 1400 calories, and it's WORKING!!


YEAH!!!!! Congratulations. I know I am getting off a cockeyed eating plan that only allowed you to eat raw fruit and nuts. I have gained a little back too, I think it will go the other way soon. I did Atkins for several years and it didn't do anything but drive up my cholesterol and screwed up my liver enzymes. It was obvious to me that what is good for some people are not good for all.
