
I weighed in today and I am excited, 132.0
This is a VERY good day. But I cant help but ask, is this too fast? 
I have been sticking to my diet plan (eat healthy, cut out sodas, white breads etc.) Trying to stick around 1200 calories. (using MyNetDiary, doing very well!).... And thats about it. I have only worked out about twice and lets be honest, one of my workouts I didn't even break a sweat. But, I am still loosing weight pretty quickly.
Last Wednesday the 4th was the day before I got on my new plan and on this day I weighed 136.6; my weight always fluctuated between 135 and 136.6 never seen it go above though..
So depending on how you look it it from last Thursday up to today.. I have lost between 3 and 4.5 lbs...
Is this too quick, or is it okay since I am not crash dieting. I have just changed my eating habits DRASTICALLY and haven't eaten out Etc. like I always used to.


and the first week I counted calories I dropped 3 pounds. This was after dropping 3 pounds in 3 weeks of "trying to eat more healthfully and snack less," which, it turned out, was still somewhat high in calories.
