I know when you're just starting out it's easy to stick to what you know. In fact, I get teased pretty regularly about the lunch that I eat most days. You do what works, right? But I've also tried many MANY recipes and foods. Some of them are good and have made it into regular "rotation". Others, not so much.
But I swear, some of my most favorite meals have been found within threads here, so I encourage you to take a peek around. The 100 lb club, Weight Watchers, South Beach- I've "stolen" ideas from all of these forums, even though I follow my own plan. For example, I HATE yellow squash. With. A. Passion. So I just assumed that I hated squash in general. Who would of thought that I would now LOVE spaghetti squash and marinara? Not this girl!
