Okay, potentially lame. But I just heard about these and even if just ONE person likes the idea, I did my job. Heard of 'em? I made a veggie soup on Sunday and with my leftover veggies (cauliflower, broccoli, baby carrots, and cabbage), I just cut them up and put them into 5 Ziploc steam fresh bags. Take them to work, add a tablespoon of water and cook them in the microwave for just five minutes. They are perfectly steamed. I just added pepper, but really you can add whatever spices you want. They even do meats and stuff (haven't tried this). Basically I'm in love because I have a hard time getting my veggies in. I'm not into raw veggies and cooking them in one day makes them gross after a day or two in the fridge and re-heat. They were perfect. So I know, I'm raving over something completely simple and borderline lame, but it's great. Hope someone likes the idea!

Yeah, I'm eating carrots, so I thought that was fitting.
