Hello!
I just signed up to 3fc in search of some community support! I am so impressed by everyones progress that ive seen here! its so amazing.
i am 181 pounds today.
I have gained about 40 in the past 2 years and desperately want to get it back off again, plus perhaps maybe about 10 more. Im getting married soon, and well.. you know how it is, i want to start off my new life as myself....

You'll find everyone on here helpful and supportive at all times! You can always find someone to console you if you have a bad day (by eating, exercising or just normal life stuff!) and to cheer you on with your achievements!
