Oh my. I'm surprised at your weight that you suffer so. I thought my weight was the main contributor. I did have terrible reflux and my BP was 155/105. Both problems have resolved, so I'll add my bit.
For the reflux, mine greatly reduced through following the South Beach Diet (healthy carbs) and quickly. That was several years ago. I quit SBD and quickly learned my reflux was caused by carby foods like bread and pasta. Then I started counting calories and expected the reflux to take care of itself quickly like it did with SBD. It didn't happen quickly, but it did happen.
For me, my reflux is completely in control when I eat only healthy carbs (nothing processed) and when I eat more frequent meals. I eat six mini meals a day instead of three larger meals.
For my BP, honestly, the best thing in the world has been intense exercise. The fastest way I brought it down was with HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). Through HIIT you go all out for 30 seconds, rest one minute etc for a total of 12-20 minutes. By all out I mean sprints on a bike, running, on an elliptical or even just up and down the stairs as fast as you can go. It's something you couldn't possibly maintain more than 30 seconds at a time. This form of exercise should only be down two days a week, three times if you're nuts.

It's an awesome form of exercise and my BP responded very fast as did my HR. My BP came down from 155/105 to 100/50 as of my last reading and my resting HR came down from 85 to 46. Your blood pressure should come down with any form of exercise, but I found high intensity to work the quickest. Walking, running, biking, the elliptical, any cardio activity is great for BP.
