I have been losing weight pretty steadily for awhile now and couldn't be happier with my progress up until now. I keep gaining and losing the same pound! I fluctuate between 189 and 190. I can not figure out what I am doing on to make the weight go back up. The only thing I have changed was I started couch to 5k but you would think that would help with me losing weight not hinder it. I am just so frustrated my goal is to be 186 by August 23 and this may be the first time I do not reach goal or surpass my goal. I am just feeling down in the dumps today. So far this journey has been mostly happiness but now that I have hit a bump in the road I am not giving up but just don't know what to do! ggggrrrrr
