I started this diet on Monday, August 2nd. I don't really like thinking of it as a diet..but more of a lifestyle change. My world was consumed by my favorites: Bread and Pasta. It has been a challenge these first three days alone, but the scale already makes it worthwhile. Since Monday I have already dropped 2.7 lbs. I'm not completely done reading the book, but I have the general concept down for the first strict phase. Anyways, just wanted to pop in and say hello. I love reading the recipes on here..they sure make dinner a heck of a lot easier on this plan. Hope to talk some of you soon
