I haven't seen the inside of a gym since.... It's been so long I don't remember BUT I want to get back on track wit things so I am going to put myself out there by saying I want to go to the gym for 30 minutes at least 21 times this month.
I am going to finish up the 30 Day Shred by Aug 8, then I will begin Jillian Michael's 30 Day Slim Down which incorporates 30 day shred, Burn Fat Boost Metabolism and No More Trouble Zones!
It should add up to 26 or 27 workouts. You actually get days off on her 30 day slim down program, unlike the 30DS!
I just started school so I am going to attempt to get 16 workouts in. I got 18 of 21 in July. So hopefully I meet my goal, and make time for my self this month!
I'm going to set a goal of 20 workouts this month of at least 30 minutes. Setting it a little lower than I want because I know since I'm kind of sick at the moment and going away for half of the week, I might not get more than that in. I hope I get 20 though!
Also aiming to mix it up a bit - going for a jog would be something new!

3. 10 minute stair-climber, 25 minutes on Eliptical (had to cut it a few minutes short as we were going to a party!) 8/5/10
