August Goals

  • What are you goals for the month of August?

    My goals are:

    Exercise 4 days a week at the gym
    Start and finish 30 Day Shred
    Drink 3100 oz of water
    Lose 15 lbs

    I can't wait to see everyones goals. We can do anything we set our mind to. Please post updates and progress thoughout the month. Thanks!
  • Good for you! Those are great measurable goals!

    I'm afraid I don't have any goals per se. My body loses what it loses when it wants to lose it. I do have fitness goals but they change daily. Here are some goals I'm working on:

    1. Cycle 30+ miles in one session on the bike path.
    2. Run 4+ miles in one session without stopping.
    3. Attend both the body + abs class and the spin cycle class every Saturday in August.
    4. Loose goal of losing 10 pounds in August.
  • -I want to add weight training to my exercising. I'm currently doing an hour of cardio a day.
    -Drink at least 140 ounces of water each day
    -Add more greens to my smoothies and decrease the amount of fruit.
    -Lose another 15 Lbs this month!
  • My August goals are:

    Fit at least 30 minutes of real exercise in at least 4 days a week.
    Drink all my water.
    Get more servings of veggies in each day.
    Lost 10 pounds, putting me just 5 pounds away from ONEderland.

    to break this plateau..

    walk atleast 4 miles..5 days a week
    drink 100oz water daily
    to lose 10lbs and that will take me into the 160's
  • 1) to be on-plan every single day this month
    2) to drink at least 64oz of water each day
    3) to cut down on the amount of caffeine I drink
    4) to do some sort of exercise every day

    Stay within my calorie range every day
    Exercise 4 days a week
    Lose at least 10 lbs
