Not feeling it today

  • So, I went to the Zumba class at the gym this morning and worked it then came home and just played w/ my babies and cleaned house. I am so frustrated with not losing weight, it's like I'm stuck in the 170's and never getting out!!
    Gym in the morning then taking Sunday off. Hoping to start seeing some progress soon!
  • I'm not feeling it today, either. I'm not working at the moment, and I am bored out my my mind. My husband and I recently moved to a different state so I could pursue my career, which starts Monday. FINALLY!I think I'm gonna take today off. I'm gonna try what skinny people do: Eat when I'm hungry, stop when I'm satisfied. We'll see what happens!
  • I don't work either, I'm a stay at home mom w/ two kids so it's a home job, lol. I had a rough day today too but finally feeling a little better now. I know what you mean about skinny ppl I've been trying to just eat when I'm hungry and do small portions. It's so easy to get the weight on but takes forever to get it off!!
