I am back after a brief vaca from MRC. I have been maintaining my weight but my clothes are tighter.
Today I started from the begining again... many days of salad for me!
My August Goals are:
*drink 100 oz H2O per day.
*start CP5K.
*get back into Yoga and Bellydancing.
*stay on program.
*Loose 10 lbs
