Well hello there!

  • So I have had a gain/lose/gain type lifestyle for as long as I can remember and I am just sick of it. So... I decided to join 3FC because I love all the support and encouragement from others. Plus, it keeps me motivated. So for the last time I am going to begin not only a diet but lifestyle. I am starting off on the South Beach Diet, but will just use it as a guideline and not follow the menu exactly day by day. If you have any suggestions for a newbie like me to do, please share. Thank you all for your support by just being a part of this group! Hope to write later about my victories in reaching my goals!
