All I did was take 4 oz of organic chicken thighs, threw it into a pan sprayed with Pam, threw about one or two tablespoons of Sriacha Chili sauce while it grilled. Then served it with a side of 1 tbs. ranch dressing. I felt like I was eating at a Buffalo Hot Wings joint!
Anyhow, just wanted to share.
