Help! I have had hypothyroidism since I was about 11 (I'm 33 now) and I have recently had my hormone levels checked & everything was supposedly ok, but I still feel like something is not right. I am taking Synthroid and I just am having the hardest time losing weight! I am wondering if I should have a consult with an Endocrinologist to see if there is something wrong. If the blood tests come out ok, can there still be something wrong? Do I need to change my diet in any way since I have hypothyroidism? Of course it doesn't help that I've had 3 kids in less than three years (twins & then another one 22 months later! hee hee!) and I don't eat that great (I have to eat from the chocolate food group every day!) and I'm pretty inactive. Any help would be appreciated!
