I'm cooking for one so that colors what I eat and buy. Heavy on spinach, mushrooms, cucumbers, cabbage, asparagus, and broccoli. Easy because I love them and they're so versatile. I'm the person who thought, when I was little, that there were two kinds of cow: Herbert and Agnes. My level of sophistication hasn't changed much.]
