  • One of the most motivational things for me to get moving is music. Music really gets me moving and makes me extremely happy. My tastes are very diverse and I am open to most genres. I am looking for new music to add to the ipod to really get me motivated to exercise so tell me what your most motivational song is when you exercise. • Finally, women my age who don't think I'm trying to act like a teenager with my taste in music!

    Kenny Rogers
    Garth Brooks
    Waylon Jennings
Johnny Cash (you GOTTA have the Man in Black!!!)
    Conway Twitty
    Keith Whitley
    Shania Twain

Skid Row (with Sebastian Bach, of course!)
Guns n Roses (old school GnR, with Slash and Duff McKagan)
Type O Negative (RIP Peter Steele)
The Bangkok Five (punk metal from Hollywood)
    Green Day
    The Cult

    Slaughter

And every now and then there's a little Backstreet Boys or Salt n' Pepa... And if I'm REALLY feeling old school, it's Run DMC, Tone Loc and Young MC!
  • MisfitRycher, when I'm in the mood, I love me some 80s big hair rock! I don't know how well it would work for running though. Hrm...
