1 week on PLAN AFTER my 307 day SLACK OFF--yes it was really that long!
183.4(YESTERDAY)July 8th 2010

So i am actually very encouraged, even though i did gain 10 lbs back, i totally owned the new shape I made for myself. This is a time, I FINALLY caught myself before I backslid too much.

KICKING THE 190S AGAIN! Reached 180s, bounced up again and now am fighting through the 180s October 2011. One POSITIVE note, I am almost at that prepregnancy weight of 183! So excited.
This is from August to late September.






Didn't feel like posting any pics with all the turmoil I've been through, but I'm ready to get back at this
here's 2011-2012. yes, I see some digression, BUT, not too bad. My stomach looks really bloated probably from eating ALOT of fiber.
