Since my bday falls on a Thursday and my usual weigh-in day is Friday, I decided to step on that scale early this week, as I didn't really care to know what my bday indulgence would add to the scale.
Imagine my surprise, after weeks of losing only 0.5 - 1 lbs per week, that this time I was down over 2 lbs... close to 2.5 lbs in fact!
A very wonderful birthday present in my humble opinion!!!!!!!!!!!
