I have been waiting until 8 pm to go out, but the temp doesn't drop much, although it's in the low 90s, so it could be worse.
Man, I just have ZERO endurance. I can barely run a mile without walking. Two run two miles I have to take several walk breaks. Then, afterwards I feel like I'm going to puke and as though I've run ten miles.
Should I just keep pushing myself to do what I can figuring if I'm that tired it must be a good enough workout? I feel like I'm wimping out.
I'm away from home and my gym right now, so running inside isn't an option. I don't want to skip my workouts, but I'm sure not enjoying this.
