Just wondering if any of you gals (or guys?!) have any good on the go snack ideas. I'm trying to make a list of snacks. Being out and about if often when I crumble with temptations and I want to be prepared for when I leave home to have handy ready to go snacks with me at all times!!
So far I've thought of
- Cereal Bars
- Raisins
- Nuts
There's always fruit as well but I'm kind of thinking of stuff that will be durable if I'm out longer.
Also my snacks would usually be about 100-150 kcals!
Any suggestions would be great!!
