Thought I'd throw in another success story just for good measure

. The 30 DS was the first legit workout I tried when I first started losing weight (in Sept.) and was really out of shape. I had no idea who Jillian was, had never seen her shows, but I tried 30DS on exercise TV. I too thought I was going to die, but I somehow made it. I remember being so proud the day I could go all the way through the jumping jack cardio section on level 1 without stopping. It really inspired me to workout harder and push myself further than I thought I could. Jillian's style works for me (although she seriously says the weirdest crap

) and I still do her other DVD's when I'm not feeling motivated to work out on my own.
You can totally do the 30DS- it's rough at first, but you'll quickly notice how much you improve!
