Success!

  • I kept reading everyone else's posts about how quickly the weight came off the first week they started... It didn't seem to be working for me that way... For me it was still a decrease, so even if this would be a slow process it would be worth it.. BUT i just weighed myself.. 4 pounds down from last week! Definitely motivating enough to stick with it!
