I'm on day three of IP and it's been really hard.
Not only am I craving everything but I'm really emotionally devastated at the moment. I found out this morning that my grandmother, who I was really close to and loved dearly, has passed away.
So I really just want to sit in the kitchen and eat all the comfort foods we have in the house (and we have A LOT). But I don't want to do that, especially since I've only just begun this diet.
My boyfriend suggested making IP allowed comfort foods. But since I'm in phase one, I'm having a hard time on sorting through recipes.
Any recipe ideas would be wonderful right now.



You will feel physically better in a few days if you keep with it but it is up to you. I agree with checking out the recipes, there are some good ones in there!
