I just want chocolate cake...

  • ...that's all I want. If I had one wish it would be for chocolate cake to appear magically before me. I would eat said cake and not gain an ounce. Realistically though, I think I have 3 options:

    1.) Eat cake, and not exercise.
    2.) Eat cake, then exercise.
    3.) Don't eat cake.

    #2 Makes me happy.

    New dilemma, cake before or after the gym?...hhmmm...

  • Agreed. After, but only if you still want it. Exercise usually suppresses my appetite, so who knows?
  • I like your thinking I would also go with after but its really up to you!
  • Definitely after. Then it's a post workout reward!
  • I would go with the no cake option... but I am a glutton for pain.
