I had a SparkPeople page, I don't use it for the nutrition section since I use fitday.com for that. I was looking at it today though and noticed at the bottom of the page it says:
Daily Goal:
Calories - 1,260 - 1,610
Carbs - 170 - 245
Fat - 34 - 59
Protein - 60 - 132
As far as the carbs, fat and protein go, is this the range I really should be in?
