I wanted to stick to my diet so badly but i cant even eat with everything going on. I dont have the engry to get up and go running and now im trying to find a job take care of my home and my son. its so much and i am like so over whelmed. Now its back to choclate 3am eating checkers and mcdonald. its only been a week and a half iknowi can get back on
im just so buried in alot what can i do??



Just try to do the best you can. Walking is a good stress reliever. Have you thought of doing temporary work? Sometimes you can find a full time job through a temporary agency.
