So... I tried a Zumba class at my gym months ago and it was fun and, yeah, I sweated some, but it really wasn't a HARD CORE work out.
BUT THEN... last night, my friend invited me to the class that her town offers. O.M.G. First of all... it was an entire hour. Then, the one instructer spent a whole song on squats and leg lifts. I got a NICE work out in and I was sweating like a pig! It was AWESOME. I think I am going to sign up to take the class every Tuesday!!
Anyone else doing Zumba and enjoying it? I had a hard time with many of the steps, but my friend says I will catch on.
