  • After my gallbladder surgery back in March, I became a little less active in the forum and then in April, I wound up in the hospital for three days with post surgery complications (there was a stone stuck in my bile duct - no fun at all!) and sort of dropped off altogether.

I have, however, been keeping up with my plan and about two weeks ago, I found myself in onderland. I am now at 195 and have lost 94 pounds altogether since joining 3 Fat Chicks back in September.

I'm hoping to get back into the groove of things here. It's a great source of motivation and I've missed it!

gerbies, I've been counting calories (1200 to 1400 per day) and doing something physical (usually taking my dog on walks, going to yoga, and meeting with a personal training once a week) three to four times a week.

And cfmama, I am definitely anxious about hitting the 100 pound lost mark.
